**Aisle flower arrangements are not permitted to be used as centerpieces or as “off the ground” decor- as there is a definitive backside of the design, and the design anticipates a bird’s eye/above view perspective.**

**Our arch & aisle flowers can be used as your ceremony back drop, but they also can be moved to another location by our team for an additional fee mid wedding day timeline- some location ideas include: around your sweetheart/head table, on the ground by the ends of your guest tables, a designated Photo Booth location, as a cake table meadow & backdrop, at thresholds, on staircases, in front of fireplaces/stages/bar/dj booth, etc.

**Our florals MUST not be moved by anyone other than our rental company.

**Our floral rentals pick ups will be scheduled before 9pm and is based on your photo timeline. If the florals are being used at your reception, we can discuss the a late night pick up for an additional fee- or to avoid this fee if possible per our schedule as well as the venue’s policies- we can discuss a morning after pick up to avoid the additional fee.
